At GlobalROAR, our strategy is church planting and mission which focuses on the 70 remaining unreached countries (unreached = 2% or less born again believers) and the approximate 6,800 Unreached People Groups (UPG’s) within. This includes the following:

• -Recruiting, training, and sending missionaries

• -Working with a relational network of senior field missionaries/country leaders and like minded national leaders as regional gateways

• -Sending small, apostolic leadership teams to help the ministry of our senior missionaries by teaching, training, and strengthening national pastors they work with and/or their growing congregations

• -Providing short-term mission trip opportunities with a two-fold strategic purpose: assisting a new church plant or strengthening an existing local church (producing fruit that will remain). Trips may involve leading Encounters; leadership training; intercession; evangelism; marketplace ministry; helps; medical teams; construction; quick response disaster teams (e.g. Haiti), etc.
